Frequently Asked Questions
Quick answers about booking, providers, and support.
ServyGo is an on-demand home and commercial services marketplace launching in Saskatchewan, Canada. It connects Customers directly with independent, vetted Service Providers through instant dispatch — there is no bidding process. You book a service and a qualified Provider is assigned to your job.
ServyGo is launching first in Saskatoon, followed by Regina, with national expansion planned in future phases.
At launch (Phase 1), ServyGo offers three services: Residential Cleaning, Lawn Care, and Emergency Truck Service. Additional service categories will be added in future phases as they are confirmed.
Many marketplaces ask Customers to collect multiple bids and choose a Provider themselves, which takes time and adds uncertainty. ServyGo uses instant dispatch: once you book, the platform automatically assigns an available, qualified Provider in your area, so you get fast, predictable service without negotiating.
Yes. ServyGo plans to introduce a franchise model in future expansion across additional Canadian cities and provinces. Franchise details will be published separately as that program is finalized.
Create a Customer account on the ServyGo website or app, select your service, choose a time, and confirm your booking. A Provider is dispatched automatically — there's no need to compare quotes or wait for bids.
No. ServyGo requires Customers to register before booking, which allows the platform to verify identity, manage scheduling, and provide support if needed.
Cancellations are governed by the ServyGo Cancellation Policy — Customer Edition, which sets out applicable notice periods and any cancellation fees depending on how close to the scheduled time you cancel.
You can submit a complaint through the platform. Eligible issues are handled under the ServyGo Refund Policy and, where needed, escalated through the Dispute Resolution Policy for a fair, structured review.
Providers go through ServyGo's verification process, which includes identity, licensing, and insurance checks where applicable, before they're approved to receive jobs on the platform.
Payments are processed securely through the platform at the time of booking or upon completion, depending on the service type. You'll see the price upfront before confirming your booking.
Independent contractors and service businesses who meet ServyGo's licensing, insurance, and verification requirements for their service category can apply to become Providers.
ServyGo uses instant dispatch rather than a bidding system. Jobs are automatically routed to available, qualified Providers in the relevant service zone based on the platform's dispatch logic.
Priority Territory Partners are ServyGo's premium Provider tier. For a one-time investment of CAD $15,000, a PTP secures exclusive or preferred rights to a specific territory, receives priority allocation of approximately 60% of jobs in that zone, and benefits from a favorable early commission structure.
No. General Providers join the marketplace with no upfront cost and share access to the remaining job volume in their zone (approximately 40%, alongside other General Providers).
Provider payouts are processed according to the schedule and structure set out in the Provider Agreement and Provider Terms of Service. Refunds issued to Customers may affect Provider payouts for the related job, as described in the Refund Policy.
Providers must follow the operational and service-delivery standards set out in the ServyGo Service Policy and Safety Policy, including arrival windows, professional conduct, equipment and PPE standards, and safety procedures specific to each service type.
No. ServyGo does not guarantee income or returns to Providers or PTPs. Any revenue figures shared in marketing materials are illustrative estimates based on a phased ramp-up, not guarantees.
The Cancellation Policy addresses what happens when a booking is cancelled before the service occurs (notice periods, cancellation fees). The Refund Policy addresses reimbursement after a service has been delivered but didn't meet the agreed standard, or where a payment issue (such as a chargeback) needs to be resolved.
Refund timelines depend on the payment method and the nature of the issue, and are set out in the Refund Policy. Straightforward eligible refunds are processed promptly once approved; cases requiring investigation may take longer.
